• Google Calendar data (appointments, events, and locations)
• Office address information you provide
• Session data for authentication purposes
• Travel distance calculations and expense reports generated

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively for:

• Calculating business travel distances between your office and appointment locations
• Generating travel expense reports
• Providing you with an overview of your business appointments
• Maintaining your authenticated session

Google API Services

Our application uses Google Calendar API to access your calendar data. We only request the minimum necessary permissions to:

• Read your calendar events
• Calculate travel distances for business appointments

We do not store your Google credentials. Authentication tokens are stored securely in your session and are automatically removed when you log out.

Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• All data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections
• Session data is stored temporarily and deleted upon logout
• We do not permanently store your calendar data
• Generated reports are created on-demand and not stored on our servers

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Your data is used solely for the functionality of the Travel Expense Tracker application.

• Log out to immediately clear all session data
